We don't reside in this area, but we're quite familiar with Red Robin. Sometimes it's nice to revisit well-known places or those that aren't hidden gems. The salmon dish here offered flavors that I had been missing. The hostess who seated us seemed a bit off and not as friendly as one would expect, but I hope she's doing well. Our server, Kacy, was exceptional; she answered all our questions and was quick and knowledgeable. Our drinks were as full as the positivity she brought to the table. I tried the Tuscan salmon, which was a 6-ounce portion of tender blackened salmon topped with tomato bruschetta salsa, red onions, and roasted garlic aioli, served on a toasted brioche bun with a side salad.
