Hokulia Shave Ice Cedar Hills

Disappointed that it took over 30 minutes from the time my order and money was taken until I received my snow cone.Disappointed that the only employee wearing gloves was the one piling the shaved ice. I hope to come again... and hope to have a better experience.

It took over 40 min to get one snow cone. There were 4 people working, so we couldn’t understand the hold up. I understand it was a busy day, and they appeared to be staffed for the volume, but it didn’t look like anyone had any idea what they were doing. We love this shaved ice, but this kind of wait is totally unacceptable.

Hokulia is our favorite shaved ice place. Their ice is fine and fluffy, and the flavors are the same as those you get in Hawaii. Their add-ons are the best. My favorite is the snow cap and my son 's is the ice cream inside.This Cedar Hills location is in what looks like a snack shack near the park and splash pad. The employees were friendly and quick. I 'd go back for sure.My only beef is with the general website. I think it 's run by corporate and not the individual franchises. I wish there was an easy place to see all the hours for each location. Especially when the hours change along with the seasons.

The flavors of the shaved ice were delicious! My favorite was the 808 and the Guava cake ice cream. Decent sized portions, a small is large enough for two, and the service was friendly. Definitely made our park time more enjoyable.
