Pop's Italian Beef And Sausage

I mean who would really order the same sandwich after hair was found in it disgusting and the think the sandwich was 5 bucks and couldn't even take that off something else yal r horrible and nasty and I called 10 min after I got my food and got home I already took a bite and a long hair was in it

The food is the same quality, flavor, portion (and pricetag) you would expect from any Pop 's, The service team however, is a bit inattentive and definitely unenthusiastic.I come here about twice a month and while they do a great job at preparing the food and preparing it quick, nobody has ever smiled at me. On one occasion, the head supervisor insisted 4 times that I ordered someone else 's food and tried to give it to me until I said, if you wanna give me an entire additional order for free, set it on the counter and I 'll take it . Shouldn 't have had to go that far.The atmosphere is... Empty. They do a great job at housekeeping. This place is clean but, lots of empty space here with these tall ceilings and nothing on the walls to absorb acoustics. There 's no music being played, nothing to look at in the walls, I 'm gonna say outright, this place is boring.

The nuggets and fries were good. Not great, but how can you really go wrong with those. The mozzarella sticks on the other hand, brutal. 1/6 on mozzarella sticks actually having cheese when you bit into them. I’m actually impressed at how poorly they made them. Would not recommend the cheeseless mozzarella

I ordered a salad and the chicken was pink I asked the employee what comes on the salads and she just told me one. I feel like I was limited in my options. I am way too tired to go back to the store and get a refund. $5 extra just for extra meat. I’d rather go to subway than

Pops is known for their tasty food, but I need to comment on the employees. They're always smiling and friendly and they get my (usually large) order right. I appreciate them as much as the food.
