Contribuisci feedbackI had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant, primarily due to a staff member named Nisha. She was exceedingly rude and unhelpful, refusing to answer my questions and responding with attitude, even though I was polite to her. At one point, she even threatened to tamper with my food if I kept asking about my order. I would strongly advise against visiting this place.
5/19/22 I had just ordered online and had a coworker pick it up for me. The order was halfway correct. I called the store and they were so nice and apologized and corrected my order right there and then went above and beyond to take care of me. I will bea returning customer. Thank you.
This location got our order right the first time and did so quickly. All the other pizza places were backed up for an hour or more, but Domino's had our order ready even before I arrived to pick it up. I think corporate should really consider allowing tips for pickup orders paid by credit or debit card.
I was told I couldn't use the online coupon on my phone by showing the promo at the counter when ordering. I was told I had to order on line even though I was standing right there showing the promo. I tried to go through the process of ordering on linewith my phone but the app just kept going to a plain white screen. I ended up calling my daughter to place the order from herphone. Its rediculous that they will not honor the on line coupon with you presenting it on your phone while ordering in personat the store.
We order takeout every Friday, and as creatures of habit, our order hardly ever changes. Our local Domino's knows us well, and if I happen to forget something, they always make sure to take care of it.
