It was a fantastic experience! The food was delicious, and my daughters absolutely loved the burgers and shakes.

I watched as one customer hesitated for a moment, then brought up that the ketchup dispenser was empty. The employee quickly acknowledged this and went to refill it right away. Meanwhile, another customer rudely commented on the situation. The staff member handled it with grace, took the plastic bowl to the back, and returned promptly, filled to the brim with ketchup. At that moment, another customer approached to place an order, and a family member of the unhappy customer returned to the dispenser, grabbing a handful of ketchup packets as if the employee hadn’t done anything to address the issue. Minutes passed, and the employee was busy taking orders efficiently, never wasting a moment. While the staff worked hard to provide excellent service, the family continued to complain about how terrible the place was for not refilling the dispenser more quickly. The truth is, every time the employee had a chance to refill the individual packets, he was right on it—taking just a few minutes each time to ensure customers weren't waiting too long. It was frustrating to see them waste packets and then complain about service when the employee was doing everything he could. Overall, I found the service to be impressive, with quick order-taking and staff accommodating customer needs as best they could. It’s unfortunate that employees often bear the brunt of complaints due to management’s staffing issues. Despite the family’s negativity, I would definitely return if I'm in the area again. The food and service were worth it!

This used to be a lovely spot, but now it feels rundown and unclean. The food was still decent, but the establishment is in need of a thorough cleaning. The restroom had a strong odor of urine, which was off-putting. Overall, my experience was disappointing. If it hadn't been the only nearby option after our bet, I might have chosen to go elsewhere.

The service was great. The food, not so much. Ordered a root beer float and onion rings. The root beer float tasted like carbonated water and ice cream. Ended up throwing it away. The onion rings were hot and fresh, but tasted very bland. Not sure if I just went on the wrong day but the food wasn’t very good today.

Very slow service. Ordered chli dog could tell was just microwaved to death and my drink was root beer and it was warm. Usually a and w have good food. Will not go back to this one.
