Contribuisci feedbackUnfortunately the service was slow. my man and I went through the drive-thru and it took us to wait for almost 20 minutes sitting there. it may have been a few customers with larger orders, but when we went into the window, the hired were nice for the biggest part, but they definitely forgot to give us a few things that we had asked, like salt and ketchup, what happens when we were there. it was good, but not sloppy and thrown together, which almost wait completely worth it. it was also hot and fresh.
I stopped for a chocolate frosty. The drive through was slow, but when I got up to the window to pay, the staff there were still very courteous.Because of their good customer service I will continue to stop here for delicious chocolate frostys.
They cut their hours back to 8pm without any explanation when I asked. They are frequently out of Frosties when I go there. My sandwich was 100% cold the last few visits and the fries were cold all but one time. I won't go there again.
Apparently they can’t give out straws when the general manger is there. Didn’t know it was such an inconvenience.Wednesday April 13, 10:20pm no line at all.
The mobile application for the Dave's Single did not work well. And there was no one at this location that was willing or able to assist. After trying various procedures it did get one ordered but it ended up at another location
