The fry person was eating frys out of the bin in front of customer. Wasn't wearing gloves, show some respect for yourself and your job.
Usually when in a hurry I will stop in and get a burger. Sat Dec.13 at 8:45 pm went into the store to order a burger...Two people ahead of us..Waiting...
This location requires new management, training and employees. at 12:30 a.m. I sat in the drive-thru for 10 minutes, the line never moved, so I decided to walk in. they had 5 people behind the counter that all look confused. a dame came in to get her strawberry frog, but one of the workers said that the strawberry frog was not ready. when the customer asked when the frost was ready, the employee literally said, I don't know and turned her back to the customer. I'll wait there for 5 minutes. a hired person asked if I were there to pick up a job. I told her no, but to make a command, she said okay and went away. I stood there longer and waited for my order. No one helped me, so I went out and drove to the wendy’s on center point, who had much better service.
(5/30/22) Intercom needs to be fixed, had to repeat both our orders. I paid almost 12 dollars for a medium son of baconator meal..definitely not worth the price, sandwich was the size of a value meal sandwich. Had to ask for our drink/frosty because the person forgot. My boyfriend substituted his drink for a frosty that was only 3/4 full and his sandwich (which he had asked for no ketchup on) had ketchup on it. Waste of money.
