Contribuisci feedbackThis situation was amazing when it opened. no more. the service has continued to decline in the last two years. we have dealt with the restless and slow service through the accuracy of the order that another location could not produce. after the last order we will no longer visit this location. food allergies supplement the necessity that the ordered items correspond to what will be preserved. these are blatant errors that would also notice those without food sensitivity. pay extra for extra cheese and without cream cheese. order a sandwich without meat, arriving with meat. order a drink hot and frozen. the latter ordered a hot chocolate and received ice and milk. no chocolate/brown. we talked to management and communicated with companies and did not generate any improvements. tired, throw money away to insecure food and falsely prepared items.
Served very incompatible with the product. a teddy bear should not taste differently every time he is ordered. Partial control should be addressed. Waiting time is also crazy. they would hope if they were waiting, the product would be consistent.
That's the worst customer service experience I've ever had. it took 50 minutes to order my drink, and when I got into the window, the employee mentioned nothing about waiting or even apologized for the time I had to wait. I understand that I am short busy or busy, but it should never last so long ever in a drive thru. there were maybe 10 cars in total. When I ordered, I wanted them not, and they didn't even apologize for it. they had no signs on the menu that they had nothing left. biggby has lost my respect and my desire to ever go there again. very disappointed.
I stopped after work to get a quick coffee and ended up leaving without anything because i went thru the drive and after about 2 minutes they finally took my order which was ok but when i got up to the window to pay and get my i literally sat there for 5 minutes being completely ignored by the employees. The one at the window literally stood with her back toward me the whole time while talking to another employee with no regards to the customer sitting at the window needless to say after waiting 5 minutes without even being acknowledged i drove off without paying and without my coffee. Worst customer service ever.
There’s nothing wrong with the coffee, but do NOT try to go here unless you are free for the next hour. I don’t know if it’s the people in the drive through ordering entirely too many items, the way the store is set up, or under staffing. 3 mornings I’ve tried to get coffee with 20 minutes free. 3 mornings I’ve also had to explain to coworkers why I was needed an additional 40 minutes because it took an hour to get the coffeeTLDR if there’s more than 2 cars in this place, go elsewhere.
