Went in a few days ago. A short blond girl took my order. I ordered an American tradition.... BLT with mayo and green pepper. Every one knows what a BLT is. Or I thought so. It stands for BACON, LETTUCE, TOMATO. This girl makes my sandwich, wraps it up, puts it in a bag and throws the bag at me at the check out. I get home and when I open the sandwich I have a BACON and GREEN PEEPER sandwich. NO LETTUCE, NO TOMATO. How do you NOT put 2 of the 3 items on it. This girl has a very bad attitude. I think she should take her attitude to the unemployment line. Been our store for many years. From now on we will be going to JIMMY JOHNS around the corner !!!!!!!
This was an awful experience. I ordered a foot long BLT and they rang it up as a veggie delite $9) with an $8 upcharge for bacon $1 per strip). This was NEVER mentioned to me when ordering and when I questioned it upon seeing the receipt, was told “that’s the way we do it since we don’t have a BLT button”. Again, was NEVER mentioned or asked how many strips I’d want since it’s $1 per strip. Completely ridiculous. DO NOT go here.
My girlfriend and I placed an online order that the app told us would be ready at 8:10 pm. We drove 15 miles and arrived 10 minutes early and they were closed. The app took her money and we didn't get an order. Called and made a complaint and it took exactly two months for subway to return her money. We were offered no apology or even any gratuities for the inconvenience. We will no longer do any business with subway anywhere and will spread this information every chance I get
