The lobby is hardly ever open, and they frequently run out of items. When attempting to order food, we were informed that only ice cream was available. The service was disappointing—staff were rude and quite unpredictable.
It’s 3:30 a.m. I went through the drive-thru and waited for 7 minutes for someone to respond. When no one did, I parked and tried to go inside, but the doors were locked. It seemed like someone in there was on the phone. Honestly, it's surprising that this place is still in business.
I'm writing this unfavorable review in hopes that the manager or owner will provide their employees with some support and training. I waited 35 minutes in the drive-thru while ten cars were lined up along the building. They never asked the car at the window to move up, which could have helped everyone stay in line more efficiently. The service here is consistently poor. There used to be a young man working here about a year ago who really kept things moving smoothly, but lately, it's been quite frustrating. It seems there’s no shortage of staff; they just appear to be poorly trained. The business is there, but their team needs better leadership.
The food I ordered was wrong, the frys tasted like fish! I will never make with cedartown dairy queen stores! I work hard for my money to eat this mess! not worth it! no stars! must close for good!
Blizzard was delish, but lobby was closed and drive thru was slow. I guess like everywhere, not enough employees.
