Contribuisci feedbackThey stopped taking credit cards and the service was very slow. The staff were more focused on their conversations than on attending to customers. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with poor service.
I've been here several times, and it's always the same experience. The staff seem to be going through the motions, and they inform me that they only serve food at the moment. I ordered a Blizzard, but then I had to order another one.
I'm a regular customer, but yesterday I waited in the car for 10-15 minutes without any communication from anyone inside. When they finally informed us, it turned out they weren't open. During the hours they are supposed to be, it seems like there’s a lack of leadership; the staff is quite young and inexperienced. I’ve ultimately decided not to come back, which is frustrating because I really enjoy the food here.
Wait time was terrible. I felt bad for the employees they only had like 2 people in front of house, so it was understandable. Would've appreciated a bit more kindness from them but it was alright. Seemed understaffed honestly
Pulled in tonight at approx 8:45. There was a line to the road however we waited. Got to the drive thru menu to place our order but no one ever asked to take it. After sitting for about 10 minutes we pulled to the window. Asked if they were closed, the kid at window(male) said yeah, we closed early . They decided to close with a line of cars waiting in drive thru. Very unprofessional.
