I can’t imagine being the guy who ordered food and didn’t receive it for 3 hours… and then actually didn’t receive it… don’t screw over friends

A close friend of mine ordered from here for football Sunday. He received nothing but excuses from the staff (for HOURS) relating to a delivery that never showed up and is now being harassed on social media by someone affiliated with the company. Considering we all have extensive background in the restaurant industry, it’s safe to say the service and behavior from the staff (or friends family of the staff) is downright AWFUL. Based on the significant amount of poor reviews, I sincerely don’t think this is a public problem, but a sincere problem relating to management and ownership. Get it together.

It’s going on 3 hours and we haven’t received our food. We ordered here once before and everything was great. Called a few times and was told “it’s on its way”. Too many take out places in the area for such bad service. Threw my menu on the garbage and will never order again.Responding to the TERRIBLE response from the owner. We ordered at 12:15. I said it was going on 3 hours. It was almost 3 pm when I wrote my review. Judging by your last few reviews you won’t be in business much longer. I don’t like to bash local business but you guys deserve it. You’re absolutely terrible.
