Very good meal of typical products of the region, discovering the deliciously prepared pig's foot in crumble. friendly service and small cuckoo of the chef at the end of the meal
On the advice of a coffee maker of st remy on durolle, we made a stop for a menu of the day. The entrance and the cheeses, it went but the legumes stuffed on the lens bed! bof. it would be necessary to warn customers that the stuffing was based on poultry livers (my husband did not like and it did not look at the Provencal stuffed stuff) and the lenses were just cooked. disappointed.
A year ago, we had been staying there and very satisfied we were promised to try the restaurant. It's done and with great pleasure. the aperitif with its delicious mouths, followed by a menu at 30 euro including in our choice; terrine, rapoutet (local recipe revisited by the chef), cheese and fine apple pie with vanilla ice ball: a very pleasant moment. our table companions noted the address. Not to mention a small-care service.
Nothing to say about this famous restaurant in the thiernoise region. service and quality are at the rendezvous. The rapoutet (speciality auvergnate) revisited by the chief literally squeezed me. This establishment has been in existence for more than 20 years. A safe value
