It takes 7 hours (from 5 a.m. to 12 noon) to prepare everything. Make homemade chocolate mousses like cutting a quarter of beef that will have maturation in the cold room. All this with a very pro service in the room, the boss like the historical employee, in short, everything is gathered. Bravo.
A rather austere setting but a very friendly and dynamic welcome. We eat well for not too expensive with a formula at very correct prices! The products are good. I recommend.
I haven’t returned to this restaurant for years, but it’s always as mediocre. The staff has changed, but the restaurant is still soulless, cold, with salt beer on the wall. A unique menu at noon, without choice. Long service, several mistakes. The plates come but don't make you want. Cradle presentation, no presentation, no taste. With this balance sheet, I will wait a few years for work to be done and new owners to take over things.
My lunchtime restaurant when I'm in the office. Effective, regular and varied! I recommend. The welcome is always very nice!
A good kitchen with a reasonable formula. Nice service. Nothing to say again. Perfect for a work meal.
