Culver’s - Centennial

I usually don't do this. I try to only do good reviews, but Culver's is terrible, and they don't care. Ordered lunch, and they didn't include one of the burgers, but I didn't notice until I got home. This has happened twice.Update Called the store, and the manager said I would have to drive all the way back to get a refund.

Food is always hot and fresh. They rarely forget anything in your bag.

Quite literally the worst Culver’s I’ve ever been to. We ordered curbside, texted “HERE” and waited 25 minutes AFTER our order was supposed to be ready before deciding to go inside the store. Sure enough, our food had been sitting there the entire time and nobody wanted to run it out. Food was cold, but the worker gaslit us and told us it “just came out” and that they were still waiting on custard. After we finally got everything, we got back to the car and noticed an entire large fry was missing from the order PLUS the sauces so we had to go back inside. The workers were visibly annoyed that we had to go back inside to get the remainder of our order that we never received and completely ignored us when we asked to speak to a manager so we took our cold food and left. We completely understand when things get busy and are very chill people, but to completely ignore curbside orders, gaslight us about how fresh the food was, mess up our order, and then ignore us when we want to speak to a manager is unacceptable and I’m upset I spent $30 here last night. We love Culver’s and eat there pretty frequently, but we will never be back to this location.

I was craving fried fish and Culver's is the place to get it. The fish sandwich (Walleye) was fried in a light batter and the fish was very tender with a sweet taste. The restaurant isn't exactly wheelchair friendly though. The entrance doors are heavy and don't have automatic buttons. Also, there were cones in the way on the parking lot sidewalks so my service dog and I had to knock them over to get to the entrance that is almost impossible to get through since the doors are so heavy! However, this Culver's does have ample handicap parking spaces with wide access areas.

Need a fish sandwich for Lent. Very tasty, but kind of small.
