Pizza Hut - Centennial

Everything would have been perfect if I actually got my pizza in time. recovered a text at 7:58 and said my pizza was delivered. (I flip out, two minutes away.) at 8:24 I call to ask where my pizza is. (They say it should be there, every min) supplier calls at 8:27 to tell me he is on his way. 8:35 pizza comes. 37 fluffing mins to deliver a pizza to a place 2 minutes from loading.

Doesn't even deserve one star. I called to order a take out, says they close at 11 on the website. I work in food service so I always try not to call anything in within a half hour of close, I call an hour before close and the girl tells me they are only doing delivery. Then proceeds to just hang up on me. I'm absolutely baffled by the lack of customer service, and completely confused. This location needs some HELP!!

I placed an order at 10:30 pm. Got an email saying it would be 2 hours for delivery. I called to cancel and was on hold for 35 minutes, before giving up and ordering dominos instead. Absolutely terrible customer service.

We waited in lobby 5 minutes and nobody showed up. We left for Domino's pizza around the corner.

Don't know why this location has such a low rating?! Staff was friendly and our pizza's were baked to perfection with the exact toppings ordered!
