Chicken Express - Center

Terrible customer service. They didn’t give me the correct change and then argued with me about it. I waited for quite a while as they tried to count it, but eventually I just gave up and left.

We always order the fish here, and it's excellent. We haven't tried the chicken yet. They do provide discounts for seniors and military personnel, but you have to ask for them, as they're not offered automatically. The staff is friendly, and we have no complaints about the food. The fish, fries, hush puppies, and coleslaw have always been great.

The drive-thru employee was quite rude, even on two separate occasions. I decided to take my business elsewhere! If you don't want to work, you should just stay home, because being rude is unacceptable.

I tried the Chicken Express from Kerrville to BURNET and this place is the winner! Really like their fish fillets, only improvement would be to cook the fish as it is ordered when it sits for a while under the heat lights it looses quality, it doesn't matter to wait the 9 minutes for fresh!! It's worth it! Good employees and good management! Always there for support. Great work Chicken Express from Burnet!

Not only is their food good, fresh they have the best poppers in town but! my sons retainer was thrown away by accident! I asked Robin for gloves so I could dig in the trash to find it. She, with no hesitation, came out from behind the counter pulling the trash can out asked another worker for two pairs of gloves. Donovan, another worker, came over willingly to help they dug threw everyone?s trash JUST to help me find my sons retainer when they could have easily been like ?sure here?s some gloves? but instead they helped! Best service I?ve ever had!! Thank y?all so much!
