Alitalia Pizzeria And Of Patchogue

There pizza is usually good and we like the staff...we wish they delivered, its says they deliver in there advertising but it grub hub and grub hub is a RIP off!!

Ordered a pie well done. However the bottom was burnt and bitter. When I called I was given a poor attitude and was told they did not care If they lost a customer. Well they have lost a customer. DO NOT EAT THERE. Carlos in Manorville is much better and nicer people.

I?ve been to Alitalia so many times, customer service is excellent, food is excellent and prices are good depending on how many people you bring! Would definitely come back

Just moved to the area few months back and I?ve tried few pizza places that were ok but this pizza place is good!! Their Buffalo slice and regular is so good. I?ll def go back there again.

Absolutely horrific customer service after expressing disappointment in the number of shrimp included in the $20 Caesar salad with the $8.50 extra fee for shrimp you get four miniature sized shrimp and then are reprimanded for complaining!! LOL THANKS We will NEVER order from you again and highly recommend anyone else considering making an order with Alitalia to take this into consideration prior to placing an order with them.
