Twisted Sugar - Centerville

I absolutely love Twisted Sugar! The banana cream pie is my favorite! The staff was friendly and attentive, and the interior was charming with a lovely summer balloon sculpture.

Today, I arrived at the shop right when it opened, not realizing that the lobby opens later than the drive-thru. However, Isabel was incredibly kind and let me come in to serve me anyway. Her customer service was excellent, and I was genuinely impressed. Now I’m even more motivated to support Twisted Sugar!

I visited Twisted Sugar today and used the drive-thru. Abby was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience truly enjoyable. I absolutely loved my drink, and I highly recommend this place—especially if all their staff are as wonderful as she is!

Twisted Sugar of Bountiful went above and beyond. They donated 25 Chocolate Chip Cookies for our Teacher Appreciation at Boulton Elementary. Each box was hand decorated with an encouraging note to each teacher. I wish I would have taken pictures. Thank you so much for making Teacher Appreciation Special.

I had a coupon for a free upgrade for a 44oz, but in only wanted a 32 oz, they should have still been able to do that but couldn’t figure it out, so I just did a 44oz. If you come out with coupons, teach your employees how to use them and tell them about it. This has happened to numerous places, not just twisted Sugar. It mind boggling that kids don’t know how to do this. Employers need to teach their employees how to do stuff like this
