Your Pie Pizza - Centerville

(3rd time attempting to get this to post) Okay, Let me just say this is the 2nd time eating at My Pie and the 1st time was really good. I'm sad to say this time however was not a good experience. The counter that they prepare the pizza on was atrocious. I had to ask twice for them to clean it before making my pie. The 1st guy I asked just looked at me and ignored me. Then he walked over to the side and talked to another guy. That guy came over and asked for my order. I asked him to please clean that area before he made my pie. He took a scraper and scraped everything into a trash can. The photos I took were AFTER I got the employee to clean the counter. There looked to be around 4-5 employees at work. But looking like they were hanging out on their phones instead of actually doing much. We chose a table to eat but found it dirty. The next few tables were the same. You could see the condensation rings left by previous customers had eaten and the tables not wiped. So much for sanitizing with Covid still going strong.

One of the better pizza chains. Do yourself. Ideal for several ppl with different tastes.

It wasn't bad. They had some choices for blows and sauces, but I was disappointed to see that they had no Alfredo sauce (white sauce). They had something that looked like Gravy that might have been white sauce, but it wasn't with the sauces. You could definitely stack all the punches you wanted to make a pretty thick pizza.

I have to say the pizza was really good! Reminds me of a good old pizza in Italy. But I have to say, unlike an employee who didn't really seem friendly and the kids there seemed to work as if they weren't there and the customers felt it. But there was a young lady with braid that was nice and very helpful. The place could also be a little cleaner, perhaps one of the kids behind the counter should now clean some tables and instead chat with the staff. Overall, I give him a 5 star for the quality of food! Pizza is delicious!! But suck service, so be prepared.

This is one of my favorite pizzas, but here recently it was disappointed. My husband and I went today and the side salads looked extremely shameful! I mean, the salad just covered the bottom of the container. We always get the combination with a drink and salad, but not today. Then we get our drinks and the machines have a sign that they are broken. Usually there are many different sodas to choose, but not today. The people who work there said they always use the refills, but the machine does not register that they are loaded. You can't find out what's wrong. Where's the owner? Please do something before it's too late!
