Terrible service. Ordered from the counter and it took 20 minutes to get order. These people have the personality of a rock and the speed of one!

As fast food goes, this is one of the best value for the price. I tried to buy a $1 sandwich deal. The western bacon cheddar burger taste was quite tasty and rivaled the one I at Red Robin. Overall, the meal exceeded expectations and I will soon be back at this point.

I asked for Ketchup 2 times, once on the drive through the window and once on the pick-up window... but there were none in the pockets. And the worst part is the person who handed out our food, no mask or any kind of cover! I'm very disappointed.

Very quiet. No one in the side. Most of them go through. Workers great and food was good.

I watched roach bugs crawl across the counters and the order screen. The customer service is horrible. It's a 3 ring circus, the store manager even runs around like she's lost. There's no organization. I've witnessed smoking ? inside the store. Mangers cuss and scream at the employees when things don't go in their favor. Another customer came in and complained that the food was cold and the employee which was a manager proceed to cuss them. The hygiene is poor. Some smell as if they have never showered. Some of their nails are extremely long and dirty. I've seen them make food without wearing gloves, or running to drop raw meat and then going back to make someone's food. The bathrooms always have a god awful smell and never look clean. I believe honestly the Health Department needs to be involved cause it's out of control and the managers are doing nothing but allowing cross contaminated food go out for people to get sick.
