Bella Pizza - Central Bedfordshire

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I definitely would. They gave me the wrong pizza and when I called to ask for the correct order, they refused because I had already taken a bite. It seemed like they were planning to give the same pizza to someone else if I hadn't noticed. The staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and offensive. They called me derogatory names and insulted me, despite their website claiming to have friendly and polite staff. The pizza was also cold. I highly recommend avoiding this place as you never know what could happen to your food before it reaches you.

I attempted to place a takeaway order on the Just Eat website for a restaurant that supposedly delivers to MK3 postcodes. However, when my order didn't go through, I called the restaurant to place it over the phone. The attendant informed me that they don't deliver to my area because it is too far. I mentioned that their website states they do deliver to me, but he was rude and abruptly ended the call. I would not recommend this restaurant.

This restaurant is taking advantage of the current economic crisis by laying off employees, shortchanging drivers, and maintaining dirty premises. I recommend visiting the establishment before placing an order. Additionally, there is another shop located 110 yards away, so I suggest avoiding this one.

The best pizza, I only ever order from bella pizza! Great garlic bread and chicken too. Always order from here and always will!

How can this be £3.99. First time ordering from here and won't be back. The other items ordered were no better. Very poor quality.
