I'm not exactly sure how much catering was needed, but there weren't many sandwich options available. As a result, I only had a coffee while my friend had a piece of cake and a coffee. Only four people were in the café, so they also missed out on sandwiches.
I came after a nice trip in the charming train to the caffe. at the arrival, however, the server was very stubborn and welcome to the point. when I ordered that the food arrived after 10 minutes and the coat potato was cold! would not come to anyone! the railway must take into account a new supplier.
I booked the caffe for my sonny birthday party after all his friends were in the train to eat a party dinner. we had a great time in the train, but the lunch has definitely put a downer on the day. I was told that the owner would get a buffet lunch with choice for all when we arrived, there were only sandwiches and fights and not enough to round all our guests. I asked how much there was and the owner said if they want more, they have to pay for it. I have tried to e-mail about my disappointment, but have not received any response to correct our bad experience. I wouldn't go back there and would not recommend it because I felt that I was consulted for the bear we paid and what we got.
Our Railway Circle was celebrating the 50th Anniversary of its foundation with a full day out on the Leighton Buzzard Narrow Gauge Railway. As part of our Day the Buzzrail Cafe provided our party of 14 with breakfast rolls, buffet style lunch and afternoon tea...and cakes. All of the food was delicious and plentiful and catered to all dietary requirements. It made a real difference to our enjoyment of the day. Both on the day and in the preparation leading up to visit Ruth and her team could not have been more helpful. Thank you!
