Fox Duck - Central Bedfordshire

My experience at this pub was quite concerning. On more than one occasion, we witnessed the chef collecting drugs from a vehicle in the car park. The restaurant had a lot of drug activity going on, which is not something I would want to expose my children to. Additionally, the chef's appearance was not professional at all - he wasn't even wearing chef whites. The overall service at the pub was also extremely disappointing.

Came here on Friday as the kids menu was very reasonable...... A main and 2 sides for £5.50.

Wow what amazing food we had ordered the steak of the menu and it was delicious the best steak I've probley had. It was cooked well and exactly how we liked it. I even got to meet the chef myself what a lovely polite man he was. Very polite members of staff and kept it flowing well considering they was short staffed. Will defo return again thank you.

There was a power cut at Baldock services so searched for the nearest place to eat. What a lovely pub, really welcoming, comfortable and excellent food. We will definitely visit again in a couple weeks. Thank you Gary and the team.

My husband and I had breakfast here on one of our days off. We arrived just after 9am and it was very quiet. In fact, we were the only ones there. I guess mid week breakfast isn’t the most popular time.
