The Chequers Inn - Central Bedfordshire

I can't remember the last time I had good fish N chips. was not here for years and that was great!

I will give this time these 4 stars as we use the chippy much, but unfortunately I think they must have been hurried because our fish and chips were not great this time, I must be honest with my reviews normally fantastic, but this time was teig very thick and wet in medium tassen were not completely cooked. as I say, we use them a lot and are fantastic, everyone has a bad day at any job,do not hold this most important THEM,normal brilliant xxxx

Small family-run chip shop. very well cooked eating to good trips. warm and friendly staff. free parking outside. my family uses this load weekly as he is so good.

Get them always fish chips here and never got disappointed

Once again we went to The Chequers and had a superb Sunday lunch. The beef and chicken was nothing short of fantastic. The service was just lovely, will be back soon THANK YOU
