Miniscule portions of poor quality food. Staff we're clearly untrained and very flustered when the restaurant became busy. One to avoid !
I had a pleasant lunch with my grandmother and mother at this restaurant. We enjoyed a light meal of jacket potatoes. The staff was friendly and the restaurant had a bright atmosphere with large windows. I posted pictures of the menu online for others to see, as I couldn't find any myself. Hope it helps others!
As quite a new venue we thought we would give it a try for afternoon tea to celebrate the birthday of my wife as it was within walking distance of home, we were not disappointed the venue itself is large with natural light and views of the garden, the sandwiches cakes and scones were well presented with enough for the two of us and as much coffee or tea as you can drink, the service was excellent and the price was very reasonable, it was a shame we were the only two after the residents left, we will certainly visit again maybe for lunch.
Had a very enjoyable value for money lunch. Restaurant is bright with great views into the garden. I had the two course deal prawn cocktail followed by ham, egg and chips. Well presented and very tasty. Will be going back soon and booking for their Xmas lunch.
