Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria Ft. Mcmurray

This is a fantastic spot for pizza! While they don't have the entire Famosa menu, the selections they do offer are excellent. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff are wonderful. They even have a kids' menu, complete with crayons and coloring activities, as well as a treasure chest full of surprises!

When we placed our second drink order, we still hadn’t received our food, which came out shortly after—but I ended up eating half of my pizza before my drink arrived at the table. Meanwhile, I watched other drinks sitting on the counter while the staff fumbled around trying to make the special for a second time. I really regretted not just ordering a simple glass of wine instead of the vodka lemonade, which was essentially the special. At one point, I almost went up to serve myself! I observed another waitress who seemed to be managing everything effortlessly—taking orders and pouring drinks without any issues—while we waited. I’ve been to three other Famoso locations, and those visits offered a much better "restaurant" experience. Also, the system automatically suggested a minimum 15% tip, but this felt more like a 10% kind of night. The server was polite, and I had no issue with that, but I won’t be returning.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The pizza was out of this world—so delicious! The toppings were generous, which is always a nice touch. We tried three different pizzas, and each one was fantastic. We also sampled a few appetizers: the wings were fresh, the meatballs were flavorful, and the garlic shrimp was excellent. Everything was served fresh and tasted great. The service was top-notch, too. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful new spot again and again!

We ordered from Famoso for pickup tonight, and unfortunately, our food wasn’t correct. However, the manager was absolutely fantastic. They remade our order and instead of having us go back to pick it up, they delivered it to us to save us the trip. The second pizzas were incredible, just like they always are when we’ve ordered before. The level of customer service we experienced was wonderful! It truly made our night! Thank you so much for resolving the issue and going above and beyond to make our dinner perfect! Great job!

I was very disappointed with the Famoso pizza! It had no flavor, and there was no pesto or chicken—just a basic cheese pizza. The only positive was the crust, which was quite good. Famoso, I know you can do better!
