Nandos - Central Dr, Hornchurch

Nando's is a pretty popular store that I have tried in Asia and also in Dubai so when I saw one in London, we had it for our dinner. During the night this place got pretty busy so we decided to order it for takeaway. Just picked up a whole juicy chicken and it was plenty of food for three people. We didn't order any sides since we were taking it back home. The chicken order was pretty fast and it only took probably no more than 10 minutes. So if you want something to take away and in the area, this is a pretty alright spot. The chicken is super juicy and full of flavor. I like the sauces that you get! Hot and spicy is pretty killer.

I don't recommend, the chicken was burnt and the potatoes tasted like they came from a box. Their sauce is not a redeeming quality at all.

Guys this nandos really Is not the best! My order is always wrong! You ask for a putter and they give you a wrap 3 time this has happens

Thank you, Nando 's, for being pretty much the only establishment in the area open past 10pm on a Sunday (they are open till 11pm). Ravenous after a long show at Roundhouse, we were desperate for something to eat. Restaurant after restaurant was closed... But then.. what was that in the distance?? A warm red sign glowing down the block. OPEN. Saved by chicken! Hallelujah! This is a good chain. They do one thing well, and I can certainly appreciate that. And 'hot ' is actually spicy. Thank you, Nando 's, for coming through for us when we really needed a friend (to feed us).

Today I ordered food from this lovely restaurant called Nando 's, cause everyone loves some good chicken. It was unfortunate, the cashier was so incredibly rude. When asking her about portion size, she had not a moments time for me, and rushed me on, saying yeah, yeah it 's fine, so on and and so forth, making me feel incredibly unwelcome. She was very kind and polite to her other customers immediately following me, maybe she was discriminating against me because of my American accent? Just speculation. Whatever her excuse may be for her lack of customer service, I stand my ground that customer service is a deal breaker, and that any restaurant that can tolerate someone who gives anything less than the standard, is intolerable. It 's clear this cashier doesn 't need the job that bad, cause she does not care about your business.
