Olive 3 Pizza - Central Dr, Hornchurch

I was a regular customer for olive 3 pizza, I had ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas and the guy told me £1.50 extra for each, no problem. I collected them and on this occasion forgot to check if my order is correct as you would do normally, only 1 stuffed crust pizza. I came back and told the staff the manager failed to acknowledge it and said new guy made a a mistake and that I weren’t charged for it, I told them I was definitely charged and showed them the receipt on my phone. The manager without saying anything went to the back and I was told next time when I order if the guy is here they will get him to make me a stuffed crust pizza . What a joke. They have truly lost a regular customer.

Finally got to this place as it is highly recommended on my phone. I got the Olive 3 medium sized pizza. Just right on point! Very fresh, nice slightly crunchy base with that fresh out of the oven taste. Topping is supreme: olives, green peppers, aubergine, good tasting cheese and tomato sauce base with a special something with the broccoli added. There are vegetarian options and an extensive menu and there is also a kid's menu as well as general meal deals. Service is seriously on point. Good, all over! 100 plus! Seating is spacious and can accommodate a wheelchair. Entrance is also wide for a wheelchair to come through! Overall a really worthwhile visit just to try a pizza!

Really good and fresh pizza with fresh pizza dough. Delivery and collection both are fantastic. Also staff is very nice and friendly.

The takeout experience was quite disappointing. The seating area was very outdated, with many broken chairs and wobbly tables. The staff seemed distracted; I had to repeat my order at least six times, and it still ended up being incorrect. The food was subpar as well—I had to discard the hot wings because they were almost raw. I don’t mean to be rude or harm anyone’s business, but I truly hope the owner reads this review and considers making improvements for success, or perhaps thinks about closing the business and pursuing something else.
