A person was moving stock in the shop had all i got was a wave which seemed to indicate they were closed at 20:10 despite being a 24 hour station. I was so desperate for fuel the i hung around to see if it would reopen. Someone else turned up and walked into the shop, previously the door was locked, so i went to ask if it was open. All i got was the person shouting at me that it was closed.when i asked when would it re open as it was 24 hours and i only had 5 miles of fuel showing, all he said was that the manager had closed and that i should go eksewhere. As i said, all he was doing was moving food stock that had just been delivered by the lorry that had prevented me entering the petrol station for about 15 mins. Appalling Customer Service
Terrible customer service. I used the screen wash and paid, but no water came out so I went in to get the money returned but the The guy behind the counter was an absolute disgrace in his approach. He said I had to email someone but couldn’t tell me who or help me find who. This guy should not be customer facing.
Very bad customer service. As I live close by this petrol station, I thought to use this service. Very unprofessional attitude towards customers. I’m not willing to use this service any longer.
Horrible customer service : it’s not one off but usual standard in this place. After being ignored for good few minutes when waiting for assistant to activate the pump, we were told to ‘relax’. After that we had to wait few more minutes. I guess it’s good for the staff not to be in a rush to serve customers. Please save yourself time and energy (and money, as it’s bit more prices than other local stations and literally go ANYWHERE else :
Very very bad customer service. Haven't seen as bad customer service in UK. I filled up and paid from my company card and he didn't ask about my registration number and when I told him he said he already put when received my invoice it was wrong registration number. I gently told him you put wrong reg he took invoice from me very badly and put again wrong reg number with his pen. I asked him what is he doing. After that I felt that I asked him wrong question because after this he start shouting on me and using very bad language. He asked me to leave the petrol station otherwise I will be in trouble and start abuse me. I wish if I could write here his words. He was ready to fight. If SHELL staff is unwell or not fit for work why you keep them giving shifts because of this bad staff you are losing customers. I am not going to this pump again and no vehicle from my company will use this SHELL again.
