My partner and I reserved a table for tonight for our anniversary. We had our first date here and it was lovely so we thought it would be nice to have our first anniversary here too. We arrived to a closed restaurant, completely in dark and no one around. My reservation wasn't cancelled, nobody contacted me to say that the restaurant was closed, there was no notes on the door as to why the restaurant was closed at 7:30pm on a Wednesday, and I've traveled for an hour to come here from South Bermondsey. I mean, I get it if there was like no staff to work or whatever, but at least cancel people's reservations??? Leave a note on the door of why you are closed??? There was nothing on the website or social media either. It's just ridiculous.

Very disappointing- our starters came relatively quickly but then we waited an hour and a half for our main course. I would kind of understand it if we were a large table but there was only two of us. When it finally arrived it was luke warm and distinctly average. The staff did apologise and gave us a couple of free drinks but I wouldn’t go back. Service: Dine in

Lovely Restaurant! The food and choice is very good, the staff very attentive and perfect ambience. Will definitely become one of my frequented places to eat. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
