Contribuisci feedbackI've hard the caldo de gallina ,Bistec a lo pobre , Tamal de pollo and it was amazing. This is the best Peruvian food I've had, other than in Queens.
The soup de Caldo de Gallina, had no gallina. My mom was so disappointed to see ther me was no hen at all.
