Holycow! Steakhouse By Chef Afit

This is the authentic experience of Holycow! Steakhouse. The first time being here, I felt it's differrent from another branch I've visited all this time. The meat quality was great, the tenderness and juicyness.. it was special, and it's not even a wagyu. I highly recommended this place for everyone who loves Holycow! franchise.

Very disappointed in the staff customer service. Came in today around lunch and was surprised at how bad the customer service was, I was almost going to raise it with the manager but didn’t want to cause a problem for our family day out. When ordering, almost 70% of the menu was unavailable according to the staff, which was fine, but he continued rushing us along and telling us we can only order the ribeye. After the food came I asked for more food which seemed to annoy him even more. Seems he was having a bad day.

Very long waiting time. We came as a party of 14, Ordered our food around 12.10, food didn’t come out until 13.30, with our last food came out around 14.00. There were mix-up, wrong order of drinks, steak with no sauce.. Food is decent, but the waiting time is just a no. We suspected that we got our food very late because the table after us threatened to cancel when they took so long to get the food ready, so we got our order done after their order.

Nyobain fried chicken stean, so far the taste was good the bbq sauce was very nice

Only good for people who really crave for meat. No other options beside meat. No salad anymore. Everything looks clean, the service also good, but after I ate, at the base of my plate I found someone hair there.
