Creative menu, well-knowledge staff (they will even explain to you how going plant-based can help fighting climate change) and great ambience. 5 stars for this one, and will definitely want to visit them again! Oh yea, ironically, it is located next to a restaurant named Carnivore.
This is not their generic vegan cuisine- it is unique, thoughtful dishes are presented attractively and also delicious. we enjoyed the jackfruit tacos, pumpkin noodle, aubergine dish and a “nut cheese ’ appetizer. the location outside the chijmes chapel was so pleasant and the staff very friendly and informative.
Analogue is among the best high-end plant-based foodie options in a very foodie city. The chefs do a great job balancing flavors and textures. The jackfruit Rendang tacos are a good example, with just hints of the Rendang but nothing overpowering, making it a nuanced fusion. The oyster mushroom “ceviche” is another creative fusion worth trying. We can’t recommend the mocktails since ours was about 90% ice cube so we paid $16 for a few pleasant but not life-changing sips Everything else was great. Service was friendly and cheerful, casual yet attentive. Highly recommended for a creative foodie splurge.

I like the idea of sustainability. Finally a real hangout place for vegans, vegetarians and environmental conscious. The food is excellent. No mocks no animal derivative. I love this idea!
