This restaurant offers a beautiful ambiance and a variety of vegan and vegetarian options. Make sure to inform the staff of any dietary preferences such as no alliums or no dairy for better recommendations. It's a great place to hang out with non-vegetarian friends or to celebrate any occasion. The food is delicious, especially the Il Contadino Pizza and Charcoal Grill Mixed Vegetables. The Grilled Vegetables Caponata and Linguina Al Pesto Genovese are also tasty options. The Home Made Raviolo Al Tartufo is a standout dish, with delicious fillings and a strong truffle flavor. The Burrata Pugliese may not be for everyone, but the vegetables in the dish are enjoyable. The bread appetizer with cheese dip is a satisfying start to the meal. For dessert, there is Tiramisu and Tortino Al Cioccolato, both containing dairy. Overall, a great restaurant for vegans and vegetarians alike.
I was thrilled to discover that one of the best-selling dishes at Cugini Singapore is a vegetarian option! The Home-Made Raviolo Al Tartufo, made with Black Winter Truffle Potato, Parmesan, Walnuts, and Truffle Butter Sauce, is a must-try for everyone, not just vegetarians. Cugini Singapore used to be located on Club Street but has now moved to a new spot in Joo Chiat with a lovely ambiance. They offer a variety of vegetarian options on their menu, some of which can be made vegan or alliums-free upon request. We tried and loved three vegan dishes and three vegetarian dishes, including the impressive Il Contadino Pizza (veganized), the Charcoal Grill mixed vegetables, Linguina Al Pesto Genovese, Burrata Pugliese, and the delectable Tiramisu and Tortino Al Cioccolato for dessert. They also have a great selection of wines and cocktails. Thank you, Cugini Singapore, for providing such delicious vegetarian options for the meatless community!
