You have the option to pre-order while waiting, which is convenient. Surprisingly, my wait was only about 4 minutes before I got a table. My meal took about 20 minutes to arrive after ordering. I enjoyed both the beans and red beans dishes. I also tried a Rosella potion, although I couldn't tell if the ice was jelly or a cube. The service was limited, mainly self-service.
There are limited options available at this restaurant and the prices for vegetables are definitely inflated.
I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant! I ordered both dumplings and rolls, and they were absolutely delicious. Although there was a brief misunderstanding with the staff about my vegan dietary preference, they quickly grasped what I meant and were able to point out the vegan options on the menu. The food was exceptional and a perfect choice for a meal before or after exploring Universal Studios.
A restaurant i frequented during my non-veg days i’m glad there’s a veg menu! this restaurant has many other branches but my review still applies to other outlets. the staff were friendly, the store decor was great and the food was good! has a separate vegetarian menu. clearly labelled which dishes contain dairy and eggs. i ordered: 1. steam vegetarian dumplings (6pc) $9.50 (vegan) beautifully made dumplings w flavourful, juicy filling. love it! don’t forgot to pair with the ginger and vinegar. 2. stir-fried doumiao $12.80 (vegan) TAKE NOTE to inform the staff you want the VEGETARIAN VERSION. there’s another exact dish in the regular menu and they use meat stock. my favourite veg dish! depends on season on the quality of the vegetable itself. usually very tasty! portion is good! 3. stewed beancurd cubes with honey sauce $5.50 (vegetarian, contains honey) an amazing and underrated dish. would recommend if you don’t mind consuming honey! 4. fried rice with vegetables $8 (vegan) despite it being just rice and vegetables, it is extremely flavourful! can be oily. huge portion. sprinkle with some black pepper to bring out the flavour. the egg version is delicious too if you’re vegetarian. 5. steam yam xiao long bao (6pc) $8 a dessert dish. despite being labelled a recommended dish, i would say its mediocre. still, it is an intricately well-made dish i enjoyed. overall, it’s a great spot! only downside is the price and also they serve non veg dishes which can be a turn off
This place is closed, but still can offer in the next restaurant vegetarian next to the casino.
