My wife and I stayed in the heart of Little India and saw many locals going into this shop, so had to give it a try. The staff was incredibly friendly helping us select a wide range of curries and breads to try. This is a Southern Indian restaurant so they taught us about the different breads used compared to what we're used to at Indian Restaurants in the US. We were the only foreigners in for dinner, which made it feel very authentic. Would definitely recommend this spot, especially if you're staying in the Little India area.
Went there for lunch. I asked what they recommended and they brought me plate with rice, bread and different sauces. Everything was delicious and milk based sauces were in separate cups if you want to avoid them and forgot to say that when you ordered. The place was full of locals and I can understand why.
Good variety of food and staff were happy to explain and recommend. Mainly breads and sauces with a variety of flavours to tempt the palate. Be aware that cutlery is not used so be ready to get your fingers messy. Cost sixteen dollars for three main courses, two mango lassi and a piece of dessert biscuit. Will definitely be going again..
One of the oldest breakfast place with verities of south Indian tasty menu. Lighter on pocket and quick service.
