There are many whole vegetables suitable for vegans that can be substituted by a meat-based protein. There is an icon indicating whether the article contains milk/glues/nuts. Many combinations to mix-and-match between bases, supplements, toppings and dressings. The queue can be long at 12:30 to 13:00, but the line moves quickly. The food container, cutlery and dressing container are used once. Most (if not all) of them are made of plastic, as far as I can say.
The daily cut attempts to overthrow stereotypes with salad bars (of only raw cold food) through options such as roasted Brussels sprouts and huge pieces of roasted sweet potatoes. Even the dressing is unique on the chain, such as Pesto and Cilantro Soy. However, you do not have options in the “protein” section of your menu for vegans, but do not fear because this can be replaced by additional ingredients in other sections.
The menu clearly identifies dishes with milk and eggs, making it easy to find vegan options. Despite the abundance of meat options, there were plenty of vegan choices like the fresh salads at this great place.
The restaurant offers a variety of whole vegetables that are suitable for vegans and can be used as substitutes for meat-based proteins. Each menu item is clearly labeled with symbols indicating if it contains milk, gluten, or nuts. There are numerous combinations available for mixing and matching bases, supplements, toppings, and dressings. While there may be a long line at lunchtime, the service is efficient and the queue moves quickly. The food containers, utensils, and dressing containers are all disposable and mostly made of plastic.
