My favorite dishes are the cheesesteak sandwich and pork steak, and I especially enjoy when they serve crinkle cut fries. The prices are great and the service staff is top-notch. It's one of the best restaurants on the island.
Eddy's restaurant focuses on Italian cuisine, made with authentic Italian ingredients whenever possible. The portions are generous and the service is excellent. I am particularly fond of the spaghetti bolognaise. Eddy is constantly adding new dishes to his menu. Currently, he also offers live music two nights a week. And, of course, there is cold beer available.
The service at this restaurant is great. We have visited a few times and the staff are friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing and it has a simple, rustic charm that I really enjoy. I love coming here.
From the moment you walk inside, you are treated as a friend here. Many different nationalities frequent here, and the food is one of a kind. All foods are prepared by the owner's recipes.... Homemade sausages and Lasagne are two of my favorites there. Its a simple open air bar, so the prices are quite cheap for the quality of the food you get. Make this a "Must Eat" place on your next trip to Mactan Island, you will be glad you came. He also features live music on Wednesdays and Sauturday nights!!
Eddy is such a great chef. He makes his tomato sauce from scratch and it's so good we asked if we could buy a couple of servings of his homemade sauce! We frequently go to restaurants serving Italian food in Cebu. But the food in Eddy's surpass those in terms of taste and quality. The prices are very reasonable and we spent about P1,200 for a hearty meal for five a adults --- 2 pizzas, 1 ravioli, 1 lasagna and 1 chicken cordon bleu! They also serve a coffee based drink with cream and whisky...similar to Bailey's in taste but about half the price! It was a hour's drive from our place in Cebu City but it's worth the trip to Mactan. We will definitely come back especially for the ravioli and lasagna!
