They could taste and feel the proud and the love that was put in preparation of the food. I can't wait to go to work so I can go back to the restaurant. many thanks for a beautiful Mother's Day look
Great place! here on a Monday night about half an hour before the closing, so it was not busy at all. we were served by Mitch, which was fun and super helpful with veganizing the menu! the place had a casual atmosphere and the bathroom was clean. the food came out quickly and was delicious - especially the koko mushroom marsala! the next day we had a whole other meal in the worth of rest. our bill for two deer and brot was $35 (before drinking) which I think was a great price for the quality and portion.
What a little jewel this place is! the man who took care of us was very welcoming and helped us navigate the menu to find vegan options. we came to the end of the midday buffet, but they still offered us what we wanted. he recommended 2 articles (I can't remember what they were), so we have them and they were the bombs. they also had some vegan options in the buffet, also incredibly delicious. Moreover, they made us fresh naan with oil instead of butter. we were so pleasantly surprised to find such great options at a place like centralia(no opense, but its obviously not a vegan mecca like portland). I want to go back when I'm in town. 5 stars for food and service (hc only let me give 4 because they still serve flesh)
Indian food is easy to make vegan, and many dishes are vegan anyway. Many, if not most people from Punjab claim to be vegetarian. They won’t eat eggs, but dairy is a staple unfortunately. I think you will find our food your favorite, much better than cold hummus paste! I wait tables here, and love the food more than any.
Wow what a little gem this place is! The man who took care of us was very welcoming and helped us navigate the menu to find vegan options. We came towards the end of the lunch buffet but they still offered to make us whatever we wanted. He recommended 2 items(I can't remember what they were, darn) so we got those and they were the bomb. They also had quite a few vegan options in the buffet, also incredibly delicious. On top of that, they made us fresh naan topped with oil instead of butter. We were so pleasantly surprised to find such great options in a place like Centralia(no offense, but its obviously not a vegan mecca like Portland). I definitely plan on going back when I'm in town. 5 stars for the food and service(HC only let's me give 4 because they still serve meat)
