Mcdonald's - Centralia

I recently had lunch at this restaurant and the price per person was between $10-20. The food quality was rated at 4 out of 5, and the service and atmosphere were also rated at a 4. I highly recommend trying the Big Mac from their menu.

Worst McDonalds I’ve been in, I’m in construction so fast food is lunch most of my days. This place had so many people upset because how long they took to get food out and orders being wrong. Me and my team waited almost 30 minutes, people from curbside were coming in complaining, a lady from DoorDash was waiting the same time we were, then still waiting the entire time we ate and was still there waiting when we left, one guy told them to keep his money and he left with no food. My co workers food sat on the counter for him to pick up because they didn’t bring it to him (like the screens tell you they will). Then they tried to tell him they brought it out and he wasn’t there, ya that didn’t happen. He also had to tell them he had a large fry and asked 4 times for bbq sauce. This place needs a Managment change bad! We could hear co workers yelling at each other the second we walked in the door. The drive through looked extremely slow as well but I wasn’t in it. Good luck big wigs at McDonald’s, your works cut out for you there.

Overall, this takeout breakfast experience was great. The food quality was good, the service was efficient, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick and affordable meal.

Accessibility for wheelchair users was good with plenty of accessible handicap spaces. The service was for dine-in dinner.
