Contribuisci feedbackI have been a regular Tim's customer for decades. A few weeks ago I started stopping at the Tim's in Elora. My customer experience there has not been a positive one. The dipped donuts looked terrible, the staff has not been attentive. My assumption simply is that staff there is not properly trained. I will give the store another chance. Otherwise, I will make a detour through Fergus next time.
Nice place to stop and get a quick snack and a coffee. Decent in size but gets busy. Has clean washrooms.
I have a habit of paying for the person behind me at the drive-thru, especially if they are ordering a couple of coffees and some food. I continued this trend today when the woman behind me ordered a large coffee. My credit card bill now shows an extra $30.50 charge. It's important to be generous, but also cautious when participating in this kind of kindness at Tim Hortons.
The personal confused constantly command. I'm here at least 3 times in the week as it's the next one at my house and I've only ever corrected my drink and food order a handful of times. they have the best selection of donuts of all tim hortons.
Always good, only sometimes some things are missed, but they are so busy positive review good things
