Dunkin' - Centreville

I’m allergic to sesame, which means I can’t have everything bagel seasoning. So when I ordered my avocado toast, I informed them of this allergy and asked for salt and pepper instead. They were SO NICE and accommodating and wiped down all the counters and made sure nothing was cross contaminated. As someone with a long list of food allergies it’s not always easy to navigate that at a fast food restaurant, but they were amazing. I appreciate the extra effort they put in to make sure I leave happy and satisfied, as most other places wouldn’t do that. It’s all in the little things!!

The counter was crowded and there was not enough staff to move the line along.

I went there inside to make an order. They were joking and talking, I was never acknowledged. I then went through the drive thru. My order was wrong. Very disappointed.

Dunkin in Centreville is open till 9:00 but was not serving any food but donuts by 7:15. This is a regular
