I'm a vegetarian. And it was my first time at an Ethiopian place. The staff were friendly. And I had ordered a vegetarian platter to go. I was not so sure about trying the injera. So, I replaced it with some Tortilla. The quantity of the food given was good. It was hot. There was a 10 minute wait time. 2 of the dishes were a bit bland. So I added some salt. One of it was spicy and I liked it. The spinach dish was really good. I also bought a slice of chocolate cake. Itwas creamy but not very sweet. Looked like a cool place for a bunch of people to hang around and chill over beers
Manna Bistro's Spanish Ethiopian fusion menu items are truly delicious. Whether you are dining in or eating to go you will be sure to enjoy!
Just awesome. i love ethiopian food and was really happy about having this restaurant nearby. injera was nice and fluffy. i got lamb tibbs and doro watt, both were amazing. they have a honey wine that was nice to drink. they also have a selection of some mexican/latin foods. i didn?t order any but it?s probably good since i seen some latino employees there who were in the kitchen. will definitely go again when i come home to visit!
I tried the Vegetarian Combo and it was excellent! All the dishes were very delicious. It was my first time trying Ethiopian food and I was impressed. The restaurant was clean, the staff polite and the prices very reasonable. Highly recommend.
