L'emince Cergy

Amazing this restaurant. Open only at noon in week. A limited card with dessert flat entry for a reasonable price. Plus it's good. It cannot accommodate either dozens of covers because it is alone. But I'm pulling my hat. Bravo.

If you are looking for a good restaurant in Cergy Prefecture, I recommend this very good address. The dishes are well cooked and prepared have fresh products.

The manager is alone for cooking and ke service in this small restaurant difficult to find. The map is short but everything is well done. We went there twice and everything was pretty constant!

A small restaurant too discreet discovered no danger that deserves to be known but not too much because the room is small. We were very well received by the assisted chief of his daughter for the service. the menu has no much choice, but it is the price to pay for having very well cooked quality products. We especially enjoyed the entrance, hot shrimp on a bed of floods. then the desert was just as excellent, the syrupy coffee and the brioche lost with pear and hot chocolate. I sincerely hope that this restaurant will live in another place since the region must be redesigned. Good continuation.
