Kabuki Japanese - Cerritos

I'm at the grandstand grill in cerritos for breakfast. they sounded on 3 different tvs that create chaos. I asked to turn off the sound, server 1 didn't know how and server 2 didn't. I pulled out the cable connection from frustration. server 2 courtesy told me that customers were not allowed to touch the television. I put them in again, but the sound was still on all three. I came on Tuesday, because this is the day when loud anna got out. I know to ask if my hash-browns get extra good to cook them humblely. Today, that didn't work, they were slightly browned on one side and uncooked on the other side. the weizentoast is lower than Dennys with very little fiber, mostly air. service is a bit under standard, as the staff still hangs in the kitchen. coffee, eggs and speck are in order.

Terrible customer service. That one server Ericka does a poor job of accommodating customers. I tried getting her attention a few times but she just stares at you and pretend you don’t exist. Had been waiting 10 minutes to ask us for drink to get started and even ask if we are ready. Average food selection with terrible customer service. Had been going there for a while but customer service has been going terrible. If that location needs to improve, that one server, Ericka, needs to go away. They just officially lost one loyal customer.

Came here on Sunday with my family for dinner. My son loves sushi, so we’ve been trying out so many sushi restaurant in Cerritos. This place, the food was ok compared to the others, but the service is very slow. When we were there, not all the tables were filled up. But we have to wait for like 15’ for the next dish. I think they mainly take care of take out.The girl was serving our table is another story, she had a bad attitude. Sometimes, the food was slow, it’s understandable because the kitchen was short of staff and it was not her fault, but at least come explain to the customer. Asked for extra napkins which never came. We waited so long for our dessert that we decided to canceled it and asked for our bill. She came to our table within a minute with our dessert the bill. She just put it down on our table and walked away with an attitude. We just want a nice dinner. Never planned to come back here again.

Great place for sushi and they do have Ramen and real good chicken teriyaki, but you must try the tempura fried ice cream, we had it with strawberry ice cream, it was amazing
