The risotto had chunky rice and large, hard slices of onion, which was disappointing. As for the crème brûlée, it was quite unpleasant—very grainy and burnt. The service can be hit or miss. One waitress, who had an accent, refused to make eye contact and was downright rude.
I visited this restaurant for a company lunch, and since my boss is friends with the owner, he had the opportunity to select the food and service, which consisted mainly of a variety of appetizers. As a result, I didn’t get to look at the menu. I'm not usually a fan of seafood, but I found everything to be excellent. However, I did find it strange that the place was quite empty during the lunch rush on a weekday.
We had lunch at this restaurant, and the atmosphere and presentation of the food were quite appealing. However, the food itself was just average. We tried the foie gras, short rib tacos, and ahi tuna. The foie gras was decent, but the tacos were a bit disappointing in flavor, and the wonton taco shells were too hard, making them difficult to enjoy. Overall, it was pricey for the quality of the lunch we received.
This restaurant is a true hidden gem! The food is exceptional and bursting with flavor. The bar is well-stocked with nearly every whiskey and spirit you could desire, and the wine selection is equally impressive. They also host monthly wine dinners featuring 4 to 5 courses, each paired with wines from a specific winery or region.
Absolutely fantastic and delicious food. The wine selection is lovely. The customer service is excellent. Overall, the experience was wonderful. From appetizers to lunch, dinner, and dessert—I'm in for all of it!
