This Cerritos location is constantly a hit and miss. When I order from the drive-thru, I'm always asked to park my car and wait for my order to be brought to me. My order is always usually it is a Southwest chicken salad. I refuse to go park my car and wait for my food to be brought to me. Edgar, the key holder, didn't agree with my decision and he told me I had to get out of and go park my. I asked for my money back and I left.

Got home and seen that my order was missing an item. They can 't refund me unless I drive back to the store and said they would send me a voucher for a free sandwich even they I already paid for it. So pretty much I paid for a sandwich that I won 't get for 2 weeks. Go to the long beach chic fil a.
