Basic place with basic food and the name Vinoteka is quite a bit of a streach to say the least...but still a friendly place Food: 1 Service: 2

DO NOT EAT HERE. The food is stale or overcooked or does not look like the pictures. Why have a picture menu and then not serve food that looks like it?! Lol. The place is dirty and the toilet has a broken seat and door handle. Sullen teenage staff too busy hanging out smoking. We were asked what the problem was but a shrug of the shoulders was the response. AVOID!!!
