Osteria Ama - Chadds Ford

Started off with grilled artichokes and a beet salad. Both were great. Although there were 3 artichokes- I think most people share appetizers. An even number of 4 would be great for 2 couples. Although it did force me to order them twice. The Veal Ama and Chicken Sorrentino were spectacular. I got spinach instead of pasta and it was definitely fresh spinach and cooked perfectly.

Food was delicious. The waiter was very attentive and patient. I was surprised, but for a Friday night we were not rushed like being in Italy. The place was packed, but they were not concerned with flipping tables exceptional service. BYOB is always a plus.

Overall, we really liked the food. Service was friendly and very good.

The food was good not great but the service staff were very polite fast.. Past reviews I read said the Chicken Piccata was great and I thought it was just okay.. I had better in other restaurants. Others in my party enjoyed the food too..
